We have built a recognizable quality that efficiently competes with domestic tycoons in Norway for many years. The majority of our foreign investments is situated in the richest area of Norway, concentrating the fuel market of Skandinavia – Stavanger, Haugesund and their surroundings. Kalvatre, Odda and Karmsund projects, together with small and internal architecture, have been made in entirely by Genfer Homes.

We have started our development activity by building Solskiven Project in Norway comprising 20 luxury apartments. The apartments have been kept in a typical Scandinavian style and have certainly been an excellent introduction to the further achievements of the company, as well as a great opportunity of getting our experience.

However as our flagship investment we recognize the project named Kjerrberg Terrasse in Sola, consisting of four buildings with 83 apartments altogether. All apartments have been handed over to use in very high standard „ready to move into”.

The implementation of every development project had to meet the requirements of extremely high Norwegian norms - starting from the design phase and ending up with keeping the highest safety procedures at work.

We have fulfilled all the tasks that we had faced in an exemplary way what is confirmed by the huge popularity of our apartments among the receivers in the local market and by honoring our company with the general constructor certificate of the Kingdom for Norway.
