Genfer Homes Sp. z o.o. is a recognized and dynamically developing developer with solid capital bases successively continuing its activity that was begun in May 2003 by the capital GENFER group.
The company is owned by the Norwegian capital group. Thirteen years ago the sole owner of the company entered Poland creating a Qubus hotel chain http:// www.qubushotel.com/ - one of the largest hotel chains in the country at present.
The GENFER group operates in the residential development business, both in Poland and Norway. Up to now about 250 apartments has been built in Norway - where Genfer as the first Polish company received the general contractor certificate.
Over a thousand of people is efficiently working for the GENFER group success. The group with company Genfer Lloyd created in 2003 in Szczecin is also involved in shipbuilding industry and in offshore branch.
The portfolio of the group includes real estate developments carried out in Poland and Norway. Modern technology, interesting and functional urban architectural solutions characterize investments of Genfer.
Fine locations and high quality of built estates contribute to the attractiveness of our offer. Additionally, Genfer Homes is PZFD (Polish Union of Development Companies) member and obeys the good development practice code that gives a sense of security to the customers.
In 2006 GENFER Group received the "Fairplay" award from the Institute of Research on Democracy and Private Enterprise in cooperation with the National Business Chamber, for obeying ethics rules in business contacts. The company was also given Szczecin Business Award from the city Mayor in the „big enterprise” category.
